From sock monkeys to thought provoking photography, my eclectic creations are a mirror of my quirky yet authentic self.
If I wake up feeling juvenile, then I make dolls and baby shoes. If I’m sad, I make heart-wrenching collages. When I’m bubbly, I paint cupcakes and super models. When I view art, I’m blind to mediums and categories. When I meet an artist and view their work, I look for the passion…not a fancy art degree.
My creativity doesn’t shut off when I leave the studio. I carry it with me. My life is an ever-changing work of art, perfectly flawed and untidy. A life I humbly share with others.
“An artist paints, dances, draws, writes, designs, or acts at the expanding edge of consciousness. We press into the unknown rather than the known. This makes life lovely and lively.” — Julia Cameron
Your site is inspirational and ‘out there’ in the most beautiful way.
It really struck a chord.
I hope you don’t mind if I put a link to your page on my own. Let me know if it’s a problem for any reason.
